Shipping Disclaimer
Noosa Longboards Trading as Surflong Pty Ltd hereinafter called, Noosa Longboards guarantee’s that your order will be well packed and will leave our premises in the five star condition. However, after we hand your parcel to Australia Post, we cannot and do not accept any liability for orders lost or damaged whilst in their care. The onus is on Australia Post or other nominated carriers for any loss or damage caused during transit. Should such a loss or damage occur you will need to contact Australia Post Customer Service on 13 13 18. (13 11 18 for business users) Australia Post Registered Post has some added protection and some insurance cover if the parcel is lost.

What is Noosa Longboards Return Policy?
We do not offer returns or exchanges on reduced price or Sale Items.

In the event that your order contains a faulty product when first received, follow the steps below:

This does not apply to Surfboards responsibility is with the buyer, Noosa Longboards will not be responsible for any damage caused by the nominated carrier once the surfboard has left our premises. All surfboards are; checked through quality control, heavy bubble wrapped and shipped in an export quality cardboard coffin box.

Email sales@noosalongboards.com; within 24 hours of receipt of your order and advise Noosa Longboards of the faulty item(s). To be able to process your return we will need you to include your full name, address, product name and code (found on invoice) and a photograph of the faulty item(s).

An address for returning the item will be provided to you via return email.
Return the item/s within seven (7) days.
Return postage cost will be the responsibility of Noosa longboards for FAULTY GOODS ONLY.
Allow 5 working days (following receipt of the damaged item – items) for your exchange to be processed.
In the event of you, the customer, wishing to return and exchange an item because of circumstances such as garment not fitting it will be your responsibility to pay cost of returning the item for exchange (Shipping Costs). To do this, please follow the directions below;

Email sales@noosalongboards.com within 24 hours of delivery of your order and advise Noosa Longboards of your request.

To be able to process your return we will need you to include your full name, address, product name and code (found on invoice) and a photograph of the faulty item(s).

Return the item/s within seven (7) days. Both sending and return postage cost will be your responsibility, the customer.

Allow 5 working days (following receipt of the damaged item – items) for your exchange to be processed.

If a return is authorized, any credit or refund that may be given will not include any previously paid postage charges. We have paid the original postage costs to Australia Post and that cost is not refundable. Postage must be paid by you the customer for any items returned to us. We will not accept COD Postage costs under any circumstances.

Is it just one shipping cost?
The Shipping cost is calculated on total weight, including the package weight. Shipping costs for various items will vary according to the final weight when dispatched. Orders with multiple styles will be shipped as one parcel unless there is an out of stock item.

How long will it take to get my order?
This all depends on the type of delivery method chosen, and the distance between destinations. Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay. Given these circumstances you may cancel your order at any time prior to processing. Once your package has been sent and a tracking number has been issued Noosa Longboards does not take responsibility for the shipment.

What shipping methods are available?
Shipping can be arranged to get our products to you in the most expedient way possible. We ship both locally and internationally via Australia Post services, these include Air, land and Sea freight. All Australian domestic orders should include a daytime delivery address and contact details. Please note that we are unable to accept orders for delivery to P.O. Box numbers. Surfboards freight will be quoted prior to confirming the order and shipped via a specialized carrier.

How much will the Shipping and Handling cost me?
Some large orders and bulky items ie Surfboards may require an adjustment to quoted delivery costs. Please email details of the products required for a final freight cost. Alternatively, feel free to submit your order with query and we will contact you to arrange appropriate shipping. You may cancel your order at any time prior to processing.

Do you ship to overseas destinations?
Yes, we do. International airmail orders are traceable to the point where they have left Australia. The delivery of international orders is ultimately reliant on overseas postal services. Noosa Longboards will provide as much assistance as possible in tracing misdirected items but cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged by overseas postal services.Some international orders may require additional identification before being processed. The transmission of this information to Noosa longboards may affect estimated delivery times. Noosa Longboards reserves the right to request additional identification prior to processing orders originating outside Australia.

What about Customs and International Import Duties Tax?
We remove Australian tax (G.S.T.) from all international orders please be aware that your order may be subject to local Customs duties and/or local taxes in the country of destination. Please check with your local authority to ascertain applicable rates. Any additional charge must be borne by the recipient; Noosa Longboards will not be responsible for any charges of this nature.
